Organisational Development ConsultantWyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Jul 2014 - Mar 2018Corporate Head Office, Bundall, Gold Coast.I planned, executed and successfully completed a number of Sales Profiling Projects in Organisational Research and Psychology. The aim of these projects were to create profiles of the ideal salesperson based on different selling contexts i.e. face to face vs. telephone sales. Objective sales performance measures were correlated with personality traits from the NEO after accounting for tenure. Two different profiles were created that are used to enhance recruitment and selection processes today. Key responsibilities included: collecting and analysing data, stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, presenting findings to the Senior Leadership Team (i.e. CEO, SVP Human Resources, SVP Sales & Marketing) and making strategic recommendations based on practical implications for the business.I also collaborated with the Senior Leadership Team and CEO on a number of strategic initiatives for the business. These have included: conducting a Training Needs Analysis to inform the design and delivery of targeted leadership workshops I created for Sales Managers. Additionally, adding value to recruitment & selection processes using psychometrics and behavioural profiling, designing and delivering training modules in Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency and Positive Psychology (PERMA model) and successfully leading several challenging change initiatives. -
