Reviewing and building upon best practice coordination of Statutory Undertaker works.The role is focused on the delivery of utility works across Major Highways projects, with activities such as:- Leading on the production and roll out of CDM guidance in relation to SU works- Leading on the implementation of Power BI to use data analytics to enable dynamic reporting- Providing assurance on: Risk/ Governance/ Programme- Acting as an escalation point for utility companies in the SW region- Developing relationships with key utility stakeholders- Providing specialist advise and guidance to project teams- Subject matter expert in relation to NRSWA and utilities- Undertaking the OO Agent function to facilitate the delivery of advanced diversionary works- Consultation on legal documentation (Wayleaves/ Easements/ Protective Provisions/ Works agreements)- Baseline management and reporting

A30 Chiverton To Carland Cross

Utilities Lead for the delivery of the A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross scheme, working for the Principal Contractor Costain as a Site Agent, also undertaking the OO Agent (Clients Agent) function on behalf of National Highways, in which my role included:- Leading the utilities engineering team- Planning and coordination of utility diversions and connections- Managing the NRSWA C2 - C9 process- Package management/ management of subcontractors- Design coordination of utility alignments- Management of utility budgets- Management of health and safety risks- Ensuring quality assurance- Development of scheme utility avoidance guidance

Hs2 Phase 2B - Arup+ (Costain)

Working within the Construction and Logistics team as part of ARUP+ for Costain on the development of the preliminary design for HS2 Phase 2b. In which my role included:- Producing high level construction sequences and programmes- Working with the planning team to develop a Primavera P6 programme- Design input for temporary construction elements- Cross team coordination to streamline elements of the design- Design option assessment input- Meeting key stakeholders to discuss constructability- Report writing

M4 Junction 28 Improvements

Working as a Section Engineer on the M4 Junction 28 Highway improvements scheme, in which my role was to manage the engineering for the delivery of the works, including:- Management of site engineering team- Management of site resource- Management of lifting operations- Input into the construction programme- Management of quality assurance- Temporary works supervision
