I started on the ground as a laborer doing general work for a civil construction company with a strong passion in the industry and to accomplish growth in myself. I worked my way up and became a leading hand then proceeded to be foreman, while I was doing this I was in charge of a few different projects and crews. I created a drainage crew which was very successful in the southeast of Melbourne.I was then offered an opportunity to work with Xclusive Excavations which gives me the pleasure of getting more involved with clients and workers on a more personal level and improve my skills constantly with a very hard-working dynamic team.
