I enjoy solving puzzles, from games of chess to crosswords to Soduku. To me, running the kitchen of my well established steak ranch restaurant, or designing a logo for a corporate brand, or producing a beautiful landscape oil painting are all just puzzles to be solved.Using my people skills, I manage to get the most out of my kitchen staff by creating a calm and controlled working environment, focusing on each individuals strengths and weaknesses to attain a workflow that is solid. I have 10 years experience in the industry.When designing logos or constructing an oil painting, I plan thoroughly and precisely to achieve the best result.
