I complete 3d scans of vehicles to create accessories and recreate hard to find parts (with a focus on off road camping (overlanding)). After these parts are designed I supply shop drawings via SOLIDWORKS so that they can be fabricated or fabricate these parts myself using laser cut parts bent in an industrial brake and welded with whatever process is applicable for the project. I also use 3d scans to create parametric models and molds of those models for fiberglass and carbon fiber parts.

I complete 3d scans using an Einscan HX 3d scanner and reverse engineer using scan data to create parametric models using SOLIDWORKS and Fusion 360. Reverse engineered parametric models can be used in a myriad of different forms of manufacturing processes to recreate an existing part or for reference/inspection (up to .04mm of accuracy).3d printing is also an integral part of 3d Scanning Colorado and I use custom built FDM printers to create parts from industrial grade materials to be used in a variety of harsh conditions and manufacturing applications.

Managed the commercial division and 4-6 multifamily commercial projects along with 2-4 luxury residential projects at any given time. Filled the role of superintendent simultaneously, while leading a crew of 9-12 in construction, training, coaching, and hiring. Put SOP's and structure in place standardize the day to day routine and allow scalability. Responsible for all equipment and vehicle procurement throughout the company. Managed and maintained a 10,000 square foot facility allocated to my division.
