• Assume direct accountability over 145 retail independent and long-term care pharmacies while maintaining an annual budget of $36 million• Highest performing Inside Sales Consultant for FY20 at 139% to budget• Collaborate with Pharmacy Business Consultants to identify opportunity, drive sales growth, and maximize account potential• Develop trainings and present on leveraging formulary notes, SOURCE switches, contractual benefits, price drops, and drug pronunciation to increase sales and promote CAH products• Work closely with Nexus buying group leadership to bring on new business and assist with the Inside Sales onboarding process• Conduct data analysis and build rapport to increase customer loyalty, retention, and compliance
