This role entails fulfilling Lactic Acid needs from entry of customers purchase order to delivery receipt. I ensured continuous customer support to provide best possible service. Responsibilities included being versed in product knowledge to help assist customers to the intended products based on application needs. Additional responsibilities include entering all customer complaints into EZ-CRM and assigning to the appropriate manager and facilitated route cause analysis. I also completed all Purac questionnaires and forms needed for safety and compliance needs of our customers including supplying the customers with any documentation needed for up to date compliance (NAFTA, C-TPAT, Kosher, COA, Allergen, MSDS, etc.). I also worked with Import/Export brokers to ensure proper FDA releases and compliance with customs.
