As Office Manager, it is my job to build an internal culture worth shouting about! As well as making sure the office is running smoothly, I strive to make sure the office is inspiring and full of energy.

Booking Agent • Liaising with music acts to book for charitable music festival, this can be through the actual act or via managers/booking agents.• Arrange fund raising events throughout the year to help aid the costs of the festival.• Promote the festival through fundraisers, word of mouth, and social media outlets such as facebook and twitter. • Regular meetings with the Cazfest committee to keep everyone involved, updated and ensure the team works as a whole, regardless of separate projects.

Head of Events • Co-ordinating weekly live music events - liaising with musicians and creating new contacts.• Meeting with the venue manager to come up with new events and ideas.• Co-ordinating private parties, movie nights and ticketed events such as wine tasting/special menu events.• Promoting all events in house and via other media forms such as Facebook, twitter, website, text, email.• In charge of setting up the PA system and in charge of sound.• Ensuring all health and safety precautions were taken.• Gained any necessary forms needed for events, such as TEN forms filled for movie nights when showing films.
