About Jamie Fee

I graduated Fleming College in Human Resources Management in 2012. This allowed me to gain experience as a Vice President of a union, a Joint Health and Safety Representative, and would further my career in a Management Role. I went to University and achieved my Sociology Degree. I had someone close to me go through personal struggles. This drove my passion to learn more about human behaviour in general. This allowed me to gain the compassion, empathy and further my diversity and data analysis studies. I just finished my Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and became a proud member of the HRPA. My goal is obtain my CHRP and help businesses improve their workforce and human capital.
