In my previous role as an event planner, I orchestrated memorable experiences by logistically planning, communicating, and formulating event concepts within a budget and style. With these qualities and so much more, I am able to make to facilitate positive change and impacting outcomes. 🌱 Integrative Health Approach: Considering the complete wellbeing of a person - mind, body, and spirit - recognizing that emotional, psychical, and spiritual aspects are all interconnected. Going beyond treating specific illnesses and diseases and instead focusing and treating the underlying causes of symptoms. Through an individual's lifestyles such as stress management, nutrition, exercise, support, and more - 🌞 Passions: Nature is my muse, and I find solace in its healing embrace. I’m fascinated by all things outdoors and also the nature of our own human bodies. Especially the power of our thoughts and how gut-brain connection influences overall health.
