· Oversees and manages the budgets of the Operations, Membership, Wellness and Aquatics Departments totaling over $1.2 million · Directs all aspects of membership, including; recruitment of new members, retention of existing members and supervision of staff. Develops, plans, and implements new procedures and methods to achieve marketing and strategic goals. Oversee Membership team, Welcome Center, and Healthy Living Programs. · Conducts ongoing assessment of assigned staff functions to determine required core competencies and skills; and designs and implements training as needed. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs staff and volunteers as needed. Reviews and evaluates staff performance. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals.· Works closely with the staff, members and volunteers to implement an annual fundraising campaign to expand the donor base and pipeline of donor prospects. Plans and implements special events for staff, members and volunteers. · Directs all branch efforts to improve Member Engagement and strengthen the sense of the YMCA as a caring community as measured by subjective observation, SEER data and direct member feedback· Provides Association wide training for our staff and volunteers

· Responsible for growing and managing CAI’s online member community, made up of 2,700+ HR professionals across North Carolina· Analyzed data and member usage reports to create strategies to increase engagement and community users· Planned and lead weekly orientation webinars for new members to introduce them to CAI’s online training tools and resources· Managed vendor relationships and negotiated statements of work and contract pricing · Created and designed emails and email automation campaigns for the CAI Membership Team· Assisted Senior Leadership with a restructure of corporate communications, allowing staff to instant message, collaborate on Microsoft Office documents, and access documentation and staff forums from any location· Partnered with a design firm and software vendor to design and launch CAI’s new mobile enabled web based community for members, which includes a streamlined design with simple navigation features for customers

· Supervised all functions of the Welcome Center and monitored procedures to ensure all members and program participants were served in a quality manner· Hired, trained, coached and evaluated all Welcome Center and Y-Playhouse staff members· Served as the Branch Business team liaison and worked closely with other association leaders to ensure business policies and procedures were implemented properly at the Lee County branch· Created and managed a budget to track revenue and expenses of the Administrative Department· Managed the administrative duties and data entry of the Annual Campaign, including billing, thank you notes, tax receipts and entry of payments · Worked closely with the Marketing and Communication Department to develop and order branded materials for campaigns and special events· Managed and updated the branch website, Facebook, Twitter and mobile application
