• Responsible for 16 current locations across the united states as well as all seasonal locations.• Project managed the opening of 8 new locations in conjunction with the assigned General contractor. Obtained all licenses, permits, set up all utilities and services for each location• Oversee daily operations of 18 locations and 180 employees with and annual sales budget of $15m• Hire and develop store leadership focusing on people, financials, and customer experience equally• Manage an operating budget of $6m• Build quarterly and annual sales and labor budgets• Monitor each store’s performance against p&ls with a consolidated EBITDA of 10.9%• Prepare and analyze sales data to advise ownership how best to achieve financial objectives• Manage daily scheduling, time off, and payroll matters for all store management• Develop and oversee strategy for new store openings in order to drive companywide growth targets• Partner with logistics and production teams to build factory projections• Oversee and coordinate delivery of inventory between factory warehouse and all retail locations• Develop, execute, and improve operations to ensure stores exceed financial and service targets• Compile monthly inventory and shrinkage reports for all locations• Implement, maintain and oversee store POS systems• Create store audit process to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.• Monitor companywide guest satisfaction and initiate change based on results• Implement training for company initiatives, oversee new menu roll outs and coordinate weekly team meetings
