I've been proud to be a part of the Property & Casualty Insurance industry for 30 years now. I started my career as an Agency Owner and Principal with Allstate Insurance Company in the early 1990's. In 2004, I transitioned into the world of catastrophe adjusting where I found my true passion. Being on the front lines of major events like Hurricanes Charlie, Ivan, Katrina, Sandy, Michael, Irma, and Ian along with many other wind, hail, and wildfire events has shaped the way I see our industry and the people we serve at the time of their most desperate need. Some of us have been called to do this work. As the saying goes “if you know….you know.” Our empathy is real. People can sense that when we handle their loss.
