As a junior at Colorado State University studying English literature, I’ve had my fair share of experience reading, writing, and editing. Throughout the past couple of years, I’ve learned the importance of using the written word to your advantage, whether it be for fiction or beyond.After graduating, I will be seeking a career in the publishing industry. With my degree, I would like to pursue editing. As an editor, I would find interest in the fantasy and romance genres and feel that an imprint under either would be an excellent fit.Over the next couple of years, I am open to internships and learning new things about the publishing industry. I always appreciate the opportunity for continued learning.
