As a member of the Food & Beverage Group, Ms. Gross has extensive experience defending her clients against outbreaks tied to pathogenic organisms including listeria monocytogenes, E. coli, and salmonella. Ms. Gross represents food manufacturers and distributors in response to food outbreak crisis response, as well as in nationwide food borne illness litigation.

My practice focuses on employment, elder law, and commercial litigation as well as general personal injury litigation and insurance defense. I handle and am involved in all stages of litigation including initial case evaluation, conducting depositions, drafting and orally arguing dispositive motions, meticulously attending to and completing discovery, and performing legal research related to complex issues. My practice was focused on the defense of general liability and casualty cases involving personal injury claims, with an emphasis on premises, automobile, construction and labor law matters. I also handled the defense of security companies in cases involving allegations of assault and excessive force.
