Lead/Direct daily tasks for Salvaging assets, Trade-In assets. Manage Refresh related Resource Email Accounts for ITSP and end-users for refresh related questions and concerns for resolution. Perform requested updates to AM Tool as authorized and required via imports, integrations, mass updates and manual entries. Load new IT inventory assets into the AM tool making updates as needed using the automated flat file tool as well as manual spreadsheets for non-Aero IT purchased assets.  Provide Asset Management Support for the integrity of relational DB containing real time information on approximately 80,000+ assets, make requested updates to DB as authorized and required via imports, integrations, mass updates and manual entries Review and validate monthly for Contractor Billing – Includes validating all Remedy/ITSM incidents, All Asset Assimilator, All DB and FTN Transactional line items, Software break/fix rework and Product based support via POD verification Manage/manipulate varying data daily for SQL Database & MS Access for Ad Hoc reporting
