Clearwater Counseling is the name of my Private Practice. I offer professional therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I believe that people can heal and grow well in the context of a safe and non-judgmental relationship with an attuned therapist. I hope to pour clear water into the places of depth where pain and self-inhibiting beliefs live, and also help to offer a reflection of one’s true beauty and authentic self. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, for the healing of trauma. I use Mindfulness & Mind/Body techniques to help connect all parts of a person, mind, body, soul, and spirit towards greater health and potential. I want therapy to be a collaborative process where my treatment is custom-tailored to fit the needs of the client. It’s my greatest privilege to walk this journey with you.
