As Account Director, I maintained my role and responsibilities as HQ lead for Schwan's Consumer Brands. I also on-boarded our newest client, Post Consumer Brands (formerly Post Foods and MOM Brands), to our agency when we were awarded the business in October 2015. During this time, I assumed the role of HQ lead for both clients managing the on-site relationship, local team of 5 colleagues working between the two businesses, as well as our field organization exceeding 12 team members. An integral part of this role was also working directly with each client's brand management and category development teams. Demonstrating Shopper Marketing thought leadership, I would identify and liaison the discussions and opportunities for customer-specific support in terms of the brand's current and future potential. In April 2017, I was relocated to Cincinnati, OH and maintained all of the responsibilities above through the onboarding and transition of my roles to local agency replacements.
