I have been working as a service supervisor/technician for over 25 years at various major companies, including JCI, GEA and J & E Hall. I also have extensive experience in service and maintenance of industrial ammonia refrigeration plant, cooling towers, electrical and electronic and auxiliary equipment. At the moment I am based in Huntingdon. In my current roIe I am responsible for performing repairs, testing and managing all electromechanical processes and system in our customers factories and premises. This involves monitoring daily operations on machines, plant, work orders, parts availability, safety and additional training. I am also responsible for the wellbeing and operation of the engineers in my current employment. This involves motivation, toolbox talks, team building and any additional training.
