Koda Studios is a new furniture, lighting, design and production company founded in 2013.Specialising in bespoke, handmade, one of a kind pieces, designed and made using responsibly sourced materials.I have decided to take a calculated risk and change the path of my career and future by returning to my engineering roots to establish my own business.The company is still in it's infancy, however by combining my previous knowledge and experiences in the marketing and staff management sectors with engineering skills gained in a previous career path, I am confident the venture will be one of success.

I was responsible for the overall management of the Victorian State operations and a team of Account Executives. Being accountable for all promotional and experiential campaigns, sampling in-store and grocery activations, guerilla marketing, PR events/stunts and unique one-off parties. Delivering creative and exciting below and through the line marketing campaigns, for existing and new business accounts for a variety of high profile brands.

Account management of dedicated high profile pharmaceutical clients providing a high level of service and confidentiality at all times. Relation building together with business development was achieved continually. Responsible for the internal recruitment and training function for the company, which involved liaising with all department heads to create and deliver individual and group training packages.

General management of the branch and four team members, developing and executing training and development of the consultants and administrator through weekly target and objective meetings. Discussing recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

Responsible for the sales and promotion of the wide range of TIGI hair care products across the North of the UK. Developing and executing sales plans with a number of major national customers within the retail sector.
