I initiated and developed a project with George Thomas Hospice Charity with the aim to improve the profitability of their charity shops. I managed one of their stores, alongside a team of enthusiastic volunteers whom I recruited and trained. Together, we launched innovative marketing and pricing strategies. The shop was a huge success and we received positive feedback from both the customers and the charity.
