September 2010 - Current Recruitment Agent for Campaigns, Sainsbury’s PLCResponsibilitiesEmployed as a Recruitment Specialist on the 'Campaigns Team'. My main responsibilities are conducting telephone interviews for candidates looking to work in store, ranging from customer service assistants through to TL's and Department Managers. I have also played a key part in the recruitment of graduates on the Sainsbury's 'Future Leaders' programme, conducting interviews of high calibre candidates with 32k starting salaries.
