Responsible for the strategic management of Gravesham Council's wholly owned subsidiary established to deliver property development, repairs and maintenance as well as vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT testing. Key projects include the Charter development in Gravesend, a partnership between Rosherville and Reef Group to build 242 serviced riverside apartments in the heart of the town.

Undertook FSA returns, supported audit activity and arranged the signing and sealing of legal documents.Supported the MD during a comprehensive organisational restructure. A successful transition was achieved in part through my role revising governing documents, drafting Terms of Reference and forward plans for new Committee and management meetings as well as recruiting and inducting new Board members.
