Review sales reports and research pending accounts to make sure all necessary processes and procedures are followed to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.Handle all requests that come in from Account Managers regarding RX issues.Review and update all physician changes (i.e. all physician demographics) within system.Fulfill and ship product and literature requests to referral sources. Review and confirm referral sources for all initial orders for all product lines. Answering incoming calls from providers, customers, and sales staff. Enrolling patients for DME/HME/Diabetic testing supplies.Handling patient enrollment from beginning to end. (Enrolling, getting RX, verifying insurance benefits, shipping order)Data Entry.Special Accounts.Maintaining close relationships with physicians, home healthcare agencies, patients, and sales staff.

Answering incoming calls from members and providers. Responsible for taking 80-150 calls daily. Answering benefit and eligibility questions, PCP assignments, and claims questions to both members and providers.Assisting non-compliant members with scheduling doctor’s appointments, ER usage counseling, and scheduling transportation arrangements for upcoming medical appointments.
