Assisted customer with connectivity verification, configured and scheduled bridges and monitored video and audio connections. Accessed Cisco and Polycom video endpoints remotely via web interface to verify correct network and other pre-configured settings are correct, along with connecting video codecs to room audio/visual equipment, including computers. Updated video codec software and firmware to required standards via administrative access. Interacted with customers in all facets of video teleconferencing for correct use by administrating training and created documents.
