In June 2023, I rejoined Boot Camp Digital after years of working in insurance sales and then as a director of operations for a real estate brokerage in Dayton, OH. With a background in organizational leadership, marketing and corporate communications, I work with the administrative and leadership teams to support the day to day operations and strategic growth of Boot Camp Digital. Regardless of the industry, I have a genuine passion for developing and streamlining processes and procedures. I believe that when companies look to revise their practices, those who are considered the “boots on the ground” should play an active role in those conversations to foster a collaborative environment where the best ideas are implemented.
