Roles and Responsibilities:- To provide video analysis support for team and individual feedback for all first team fixtures.- To provide support with opposition analysis, offering key insights to facilitate a game plan; creating in-depth reports and creating data visualisation to present to the first team management and players.- To film and code first team fixtures, creating live feedback to deliver to the first team management and players in relation to the team's philosophy and game plan.

Darlington Football Club Youth Coach:Head Coach of the 2011-born boys squad (U12s-U14s)In October 2022, I began as Assistant Coach for the Under 12s team. My roles included: creating a pre-game schedule, which consisted of a warm-up, and strategic team talks, leading and assisting training sessions throughout the season.Ahead of the 2023-24 season, I was made Head Coach, with the same age group, as we looked to restructure. I had to carry out administrative duties, such as signing players, arranging friendlies, and consulting with parents on a more regular basis. I currently lead all matchdays, and training sessions.We strive to create a professional environment for the players. Our group has bi-weekly classroom sessions, led in an academy-like environment. Each player has an individual progression plan, stemming from developed player profiles. I deliver a number of 1-2-1 and small group sessions outside of our regular training times with squad players to maximise development.Within this role I’ve been able to experiment with set-piece coaching, and grown massively in my session planning and delivery.

Working with the management team and coaching staff to complete live and post-match analysis of the first team to enhance and support player development. This includes providing evidence for individual players or units aligned to matchday performance.A large part of my role includes opposition analysis, and ensuring we have a backlog of information for every player, and team, we’ll oppose. This information is communicated to players on a Matchday, and is used to dictate our attacking and defending set-piece instructions, and support our game plan.

Work Experience coaching for the SAFC Foundation.I regularly connected with the Foundation of Light to carry out work experience within their holiday camps. My duties contained planning and delivering sessions, working alongside a team of coaches to deliver a positive and nurturing environment for all players present.
