* Liaison between companies, contract and full-time staff and vendors; handle all aspects of accounting / general ledger function, payroll, purchasing, employee benefits, inventory, billing, financials and taxes for 25 full-time employees and 10 contract workers. ; * Interact with Customer Service department and answer inquiries about inventory; nurture business relationships with viable vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing; order products and supplies. ; * Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports: Compile and analyze financial information. Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position. Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. ;
