 Conduct a wide range of product development research, testing, trials and studies to identify product quality & durability improvement.  Perform Failure Analyst on failure samples and implement change on tooling.  Design and development tooling for use in prototypes & production stage.  Perform Tooling/Process Capability Validation study and ensure product characteristics are within spec and Cpk meets customer requirement. Create and modify engineering components & drawings. Documentation all Engineering Change. Support external/internal customers on all engineering design related requests. Participate in Engineering VAVE to continuously improve product quality and process with cost optimization.  Support Product Validation Lab on manufacturing test samples, provide lab test training and test equipment design and development.

 Complete setup of vibration & corrosion test station with operating test software, test profiles, specification and work instruction creation.  Setup and complete vibration & corrosion test project which includes scheduling, fixture design & manufacture, testing, FA & formal test report creation.  Install and perform Strain Gauge study per customer specification requirement.  Effectively communicate with Internal/External Customer and Suppliers with all test related issues and results.  Complete all tests and deliver accurate test results to customer in timely manner. Consistently meet or exceed customer’s test requirement.  Perform test stations maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and parts replacement.
