I’m a bakery team leader with 15 years of experience in the supermarket industry. I have worked tirelessly to gain knowledge in this business to help my company grow and succeed in evolving trends. Currently, I lead a bakery team through Market32 by Pricechopper. In my role I focus on running a business that my people are energized by and are proud to be a part of. I strive to fulfil the needs of my customers and the community in which we operate. I’m truly passionate about my work and I’m always eager to do better and see better results. My favorite part of my day is motivating my staff and connecting with my day to day customers, to see how I can better service them as their bakery manager. Some of my other daily tasks include merchandising to maximize sales, overseeing and monitoring quality of items produced, managing and controlling inventory, and identifying areas of opportunity within my department.
