With a Master's degree in Coaching and Sports Performance, I am passionate about developing and empowering football players at different levels. I currently play as a defensive back for the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC), with the Texas Elite Spartans where I showcase my athleticism, agility, and leadership on the field. I also coached the defensive backs at Millsaps College, where I worked with the head coach and the defensive coordinator to design and implement effective strategies, drills, and techniques that enhance the skills and confidence of the players.I have won multiple championships and honors as a player and a coach, including the 2020 Mississippi 3A State Champions and the 2019 MTAC State Champions. I have previous experience as a Running Backs Coach at Magee High School, where I helped the team achieve a winning record and instilled good sportsmanship and discipline in the players. My core competencies include communication, employee loyalty, and sports coaching. I am motivated by promoting women's football and inspiring the next generation of female athletes.
