• Create and develop engaging and up-to-date training curriculum to facilitate to new hire students in a virtual setting• Partner with numerous clients to learn and master expectations and new training content to implement into new hire training• Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the company and partnering client companies to prepare proper systems access, work equipment, and training materials for the new hire students• Coach and develop new hire students during on-the-job training to promote resource utilization, compliance and quality expectations, and confidence in their job role

• Coordinate and facilitate training for new teachers to promote classroom safety and sanitation, curriculum implementation, technology utilization, and rapport building with parents and students• Complete a multitude of administrative work including, but not limited to, creating and organizing files for students and teachers, scheduling school tours, maintaining and ordering supplies, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner• Communicate with parents, teachers, and fellow leadership on a daily basis to relay important information and expectations that promote the success of the school• Collaborate with fellow leadership team members to plan and coordinate monthly school events and staff meetings

• Facilitate and adhere to planned curriculum and activities for young children• Build rapport and trust with parents to create strong relationships with clear communication• Maintain an organized and clean classroom to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for students• Collaborate with teachers and managers to design spirited and festive classrooms on a monthly basis

• Coach and develop new hires to be successful in their roles by building confidence, educating on resource utilization, and encouraging critical thinking• Collaborate with team members to create up to date and engaging curriculum with interactive learning activities for new hire training and continuous education• Facilitate curriculum and activities while leading team communication to ensure the best learning experience• Keep up with fast-paced environment through multitasking and staying up to date with current communications• Provide top notch customer service by accurately problem solving in a timely manner to ensure the best customer experience

• Create and facilitate stimulating lesson plans and coordinate captivating field trips on a weekly basis• Maintain strong relationships with parents to communicate important information and clear expectations• Ensure classroom is a safe and healthy learning environment through maintaining a cleanly and organized learning space
