Built using following technologies.QRISK 2 is a DLL built by the Nottingham University and was used under licence by TCR Nottingham Ltd.- ActiveX DLLs consumed by the QRISK2 .Net executable file.- QRISK2.exe stores its data in a local Access.mdb via ADO.Net using encryption per column basis.- QRISK2.exe data gets uploaded into a MySQL Server via an ActiveX DLL and PHP script.- Excel spreadsheet loads the Access.mdb into tabs for local Reporting by the GP (General Medical Practice)- The uploaded data is then transformed via MySQL Stored Procedures for National Reporting by the NHS PrimaryCare Trusts.
