- Collaborated with team of seven individuals to underwrite a three-building office portfolio acquisition in the greater Los Angeles area; presented final recommendation to LaSalle employees in Chicago- Led the proforma and discounted cash flow analyses of each of the three buildings in the portfolio

- Adjusted and maintained Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for accurate tracking of student scores and progress- Served as a liaison between parents and administrators; greeted arrivals and answered phone calls
