Oversee the Medical billing for 3 internal medicine doctors, 2 dermatologists and 1 surgeon. Make sure all charges and payments are posted correctly. Follow up with insurance payments and appeals. Take customer phone calls and answer any inquiries they might have. Keep track of the doctor's monetary earnings.

Assist Dr. Neal with restraining animals, preparing them for surgery and other tasks he may require. Answer phone and direct calls as needed. Schedule appointments, keep the office clean, and generally help out wherever I can.

Checked in clients when they arrived for appointments as well as checking them out once services were rendered. Answered phones, made appointments and answered any questions clients may have had. Helped assist the technicians with restraining animals and giving vaccines. Prepared files for the veterinarian and then made sure they stayed neat, orderly and up to date. Kept vets on track so they did not fall behind schedule and helped wherever needed.
