•Maintain and update music libraries; record music usage in One License database•Assist in choosing weekly hymns, coordinate with liturgical themes and seasons•Proofread bulletins and ensure sheet music is available and prepared for leaders•Include music from diverse time periods, genres, and cultures•Manage organist and performance schedules including chancel choir, bell choir, and special music performers

•Maintain and update budget information for supplies and expenses, student worker payroll, faculty grants, and other department expenses •Coordinate and schedule meetings; arrange travel for staff members, handle reimbursements for search and screen activities and events•Perform routine clerical tasks such as mailing, copying, filing, and scanning•Screen phone calls and department emails; answer and direct questions through proper channels•Hire student workers; field applications and complete all necessary paperwork•Greet visitors and students, ensure a positive first impression of the department and university•Maintain and replenish office equipment and supplies including printers, copiers, computers, Scantron grading machine and other necessary materials•Coordinate shipping of time-sensitive materials and manage equipment returns•Assist with student registration; compile student information, field questions, assist with software and scheduling needs•Maintain subscriptions, pay department invoices, and transfer department charges into appropriate accounts using the Cost Transfer Tool and UW-Shared Financial Systems

•Coordinate lesson schedule, rehearsals, and concerts district-wide•Utilize music to highlight diversity and interdisciplinary themes•Maintain records and purchase orders for multiple accounts•Successfully utilize technology including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Skyward, and Finale•Instruct students, train student assistants, and supervise independent study courses•Produce reports, letters, newsletters, and other documents•Protect confidentiality involving staff members and students•Act as festival manager; coordinate and scheduled performances, contact judges, organize and prepare performance spaces•Provide for individual differences, work with students with disabilities in an inclusive setting•Collaborate with fellow teachers; contribute to various professional learning communities
