After Hurricane Katrina I assessed the damage to 13 very large churches that contained anywhere from 7 buildings to 16 buildings per property for each of the 13 churches. I was responsible for assessing the damage and creating a full detailed loss report and value of said damages. I negotiated structure settlements, and business interruption claims. My estimates ranged from 3 million to over 30 million in damages.

Oak Ridge restored residential and commercial structures after they were damaged by wind, fire, and water. I was hands on for all operational control and project management until we grew beyond my single control as where I proceeded to build an impeccable team that matched our growth. We were a small company with 14 employees that rapidly grew to a larger full service, customer oriented GC. My first year in business I sold and completed over 3 million dollars in construction and mitigation work. The second year we did over $9 million exceeding our wildest expectations.
