Working knowledge of production processes, controls, and performance requirements. • Successfully manage medium to large promotional signage campaigns for Belk, Carter’s, and Hibbett retail stores that equal $5M in revenue yearly and achieve customer satisfaction by efficiently utilizing the company’s internal ERP system per established standard operating procedures.• Gather project requirements and manage all aspects of production on behalf of the company and the client. work with vendors on delivery timetables and maintain an updated status of assigned projects.• Route artwork and proofs and request color standards and Ink drawdowns. evaluate color proofs with team for quality assurance as needed.• Contribute technical knowledge in pre-production meetings including techniques needed for different print process, resolve issues and strive to identify root causes so they do not reoccur
