Located in the outdoor capital of the UK my role allowed me to provide a premium shopping experience for a range of customers to cater their specific outdoor needs. As a store we worked as a close group who supported and advised one another to benefit the company and the customer. Alongside our team I also aimed to give the customer high levels of service which developed my communication and organisational skill.

Specialising in watersports, it was my role to ensure all my client had an exciting and fun experience in a safe and comfortable learning environment. This role involved adapting a wide range of sessions on both flat water and white water to suit all client needs. Sessions such as paddleboard progression, kayak progression and white-water tubing helped push by skills forward as a coach and leader.
