As a Senior Lecturer within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health, my key responsibilities were in the construction, delivery and validation of curriculum. The core domains of Educational Management and Leadership were essential in the effective undertaking of my position, especially when engaging within sub roles as a Module Leader and Departmental Simulation Lead.The role enabled me to utilise traditional and innovative educational and assessment strategies to deliver core validated curriculum outcomes.
