Collaborated with Trimedx's Platform Analytics Team where I conducted 10-12 stakeholder interviews to determine painpoints and new requirements for product enhancements. Over the course of the summer I worked directly with both Product Owners and Developers to create platform enhancements. Used Microsoft Teams and Balsamiq Wireframes to help stay alligned and road map our team's strategy. In conclusion of the Internship, I presented the enhancements and the business value to our Senior Leadership Team.

Network Operations and Security Operations at Brite Computers. Gained a better understanding of how to manage a small business’s network along with the subtle differences in each business’s specific security needs.

After my freshman year I saw a huge disadvantage in being able to perform well academically for freshman. I think it is underappreciated how much work it takes to transition from high school to college. Theta Chi Alpha Iota prides themselves on academic success, because of this myself and other brothers created an environment where new incoming Theta Chi Members can ask for help on school work. We even venture into career help and recruiting tips. This positive work environment not only helps out Theta Chi as a whole but I also believe it helps students/brothers for the rest of their life.-Directed academic help to over 50 new members of Theta Chi Fraternity through myself or fellow brothers proficient in a certain subject. -Increased the House’s Kelley School Standard Admission rate from 22% in 2017-2018 to 71% in 2018-2019.-Managed weekly grade reports for those who require extra assistance.

Oversee all aspects of improving the daily lives of Fraternity Members. Analyze logistics of house upgrades for example, planning and building new DJ Booth, and Stage Pieces for House Social Events. Constantly improving for the future of Theta Chi Alpha Iota Chapter. Implemented a $1000 project that helped save Alpha Iota approximately $1800 per semester on music equipment.

-Gained a better understanding and appreciation for the time and effort required to execute a successful hospitality event. -Developed skills within Marketing and Customer Relations. -Consolidated inventory throughout the entire event so the shop could be run at its highest efficiency. -Responsible for final inventory, the setup and take down of the Merchandise Shop.

Provide customer service to East View Mall, learned how to manage money and enhanced my people skills.

Former President of the McQuaid Ballers program, mentored Juvenile Teenagers and used the game of basketball as an ice breaker. Teaching them lessons on what it means to be a man, brotherhood, and how to become a role model. Networked with alumni and advertised T-Shirts to gain funds for the program.
