Following my graduation from University I took the time to evaluate what my next step should be to continue my professional and personalgrowth. During the course of my University experience I not only learned and developed skills within my Degree and the fields which branchoff from it, but also grew more confident in more personal areas of life.I have become more confident in myself and my abilities in working, and communicating, with those around me whether in a workplaceenvironment or socially with friends. Looking to continue the momentum from my time in University I have taken the lead in starting newbands. This entails organisation of auditions, managing practice session bookings, and utilising the skills learned on my course to write andrecord original material.This growth in confidence has also inspired me to look for more from my next career move as I know I have a strong and unique skillset which Ilook forward to utilising in my continued career path. I have grown in stature and respect with my current employer as a direct result of mydevelopment through University and I am eager to take the next steps to progress further in my career journey. I am excited for the nextstages of my progression and looking forward to bringing my traits and skills forward and to continue my personal development.
