Vehicle Quality: Responsible for overseeing the filing and entry of government mandated factory inspection cards. Final inspection of vehicle quality prior to customer shipment. Tested against various measures of abnormalities such as noise, water leakage and any such imperfections. Manufacturing Quality: Inspected vehicles at various stages during the assembly process to identify quality issues and concerns. This included providing immediate and timely feed back regarding quality issues to all concerned parties. Material Services: Responsible for the receipt and plant wide distribution of thousands of automotive parts based on a just in time delivery model. Ensured the accurate delivery of time sensitive parts to specific lines for their respective vehicle model.
