I'm an undergrad student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Leadership and Management at Rutgers Business School. Currently, I am a double major on track to graduate in May of 2024. I am constantly trying to share my knowledge and creativity, be more involved in my community, and improve my skill set. Throughout my life, I have worked hard to obtain my current positions and improve the world around me. As a manager at a small business, my role consists of building relationships with clients, supervising employees, and monitoring daily revenue. I also work as a server at a national chain restaurant, where I serve over 50 customers per shift. Along with my job positions, I am involved in school organizations such as Rutgers Undergraduate Women in Business and the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA). Currently, in Rutgers Women in Business, I am a President in charge of directing seven executive board members. In the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), I am the Director of Social Media, where I help advertise to over 1,400 followers. Through the experiences I have been fortunate enough to have, I have successfully developed strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. These roles have also sparked my passion for learning and taught me to work hard for a better future for my community, family, and myself.
