Organization and field tracking of all in house demo units. Order and update of the most current literature available for the field of work. This includes both hard and electronic copies of all relevant information. Update and track Outside sales computer hardware. This includes keeping the most up-to-date information available to the outside sales team.Minor IT support includes, troubleshooting software malfunctions on all in-house computers. Assisting & teaching computer literacy to in-house staff. Computer settings edits. Software downloading and updating of in-house computers. Windows knowledge, Internet browser knowledge. Advanced skills in learning new software completely & in a timely manner. Skills in troubleshooting and complex probleming solving. Understands computer administrative rights & policies. Directing appropriate tasks to our outsourced IT support. General office support includes, answering all inbound office calls and directing them to the responsible person. This requires customer service skills and knowledge of the working & use of multi phone lines. Filing old quotes & updating Selltis system. Invoice entering/receiving
