I am a proven leader in restaurant, hospitality and service management with experience in both high volume and high customer touch. With each brand I represent, I ensure the delivery of high quality food and beverage products, execution of all systems, standards and processes and provide accountability for profit and loss as well as inventory control of food and product costs. I strive on my interpersonal skills, sales process knowledge and experience in the entertainment, restaurant and tourism industry of New Orleans. I am entrepreneurial in spirit, and it is my continued goal to actively seek out opportunities within the team to challenge the norm with original opinions that help move a discussion forward. I do this by acting with tenacity and determination on all projects.I take on meaningful roles in our community and beyond such as Board Member to the New Orleans Oyster Festival, Member of the Fore Kids Foundation, Member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association, and I work closely with Louisiana Hospitality Association. Last but not least, I am the General Manager for the Augusta Masters Golf Tournament Restaurant in Georgia.
