The crisis response I led was successful in achieving broad support and sympathy among key stakeholders for the Trust’s position.- I’ve led the Trust on media and stakeholder messaging on numerous serious incidents and public health issues (such as Coronavirus, Ebola, Monkey Pox and MERS), liaising with senior colleagues, board members, local police communications teams, regulators, DHSC and PHE colleagues.- I’ve supported a number of filming projects including two series of BBC Two’s Hospital, BBC Panorama and BBC3’s Junior Doctors. My role was to ensure that content and output boosted the Trust’s reputation, whilst illustrating the dedication, care and compassion provided to patients by colleagues.- I've overseen the development of a new website for the Trust, which encompassed a number of innovative elements to support those with learning difficulties and whose first language wasn't English.- I've also overseen the development of the Trust's voice and purpose on social media, promoting the use of creative content to inform, engage, support and inspire followers, that achieved reach of over 150k.- I have improved internal communications by introducing effective and popular formats that create a platform for colleagues to express their priorities and passions.
