Lead Project Manager for the yearly RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessment) process which is coordinated across all lines of business in Consumer & Community Banking. The purpose of this process is to ensure that adequate controls are in place to addresses and mitigate both Inherent and Residual Risks to the Chase lines of business.
