Perform visual gait analysis to asses customer gait, bone structure, and running history to recommend footwear, apparel, and accessories to meet running needs. Manage, train, and assess staff of up to 8 people, responsible for maintaining high level of customer service and providing a full specialty running experience in a fast paced environment. Work with store manager to place fill in orders, manage accessory sell-through Merchandise sales floor to promote apparel sell-through, report on best-sellers, and manage mark-downs. Handle returns and customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Receive, process, stock, and distribute footwear from central warehouse to stores around Massachusetts, working with warehouse manager and footwear buyer to ensure accurate inventory and rapid facilitation of restocking and product transfer. Represent Marathon Sports at expos and special events both on and off-site.

Develop plans for training and racing tactics for team of 30 distance/middle distance athletes.Facilitate travel plans, logistics, day-to-day athlete communication and general office duties.Manage SID presence, team website and Facebook page, and post-race/post-season reports.Lead team members and promote cohesiveness and team-building to work together to achieve goals.Compete as a team and as individuals at the conference and national level.
