OZOLA is a brand new end-to-end sessional and agency staff management software developed by Protocol, specifically designed to help GFE colleges manage their staff in a more efficient way. As the Head of Implementation for Protocol and Ozola, I am responsible for development and implementation for clients, assisting with developing the brand and raising awareness of the product throughout the sector.
